Hi - and welcome to the first edition of the TPN Travel Show!!
The purpose of this show is to bring you interesting stories about travel related products, places, people and ideas.
The first show is about a mate of mine named Richard Spence-Thomas, who recently went from Australia to the UK with his Dad. The interesting thing about the trip is that they used Dahon foldup bikes.
Using foldup bikes is a great way to travel and get around as you can, in theory, ride from your house to the airport, fold the bike up and check it in as luggage, arrive at your destination, unpack the bike and continue your holiday experience in a clean, healthy and zero-sum (eat and drink as much as you want while you are away, burn it all off by riding heaps, then get back home the same weight as when you left!) game.
Richard is a self-confessed bike geek. I hope you get the chance to listen to his story.

Hi there
I am the Marketing Manager for Dahon and would love to get in contact wiht Richard to hear more about his trip and how his Dahon held up. I have tried a google search for Richard’s email but have not had any luck. Any help would be most appreciated.
